Subscriptions and payments allow you to unlock the full power of the Framesmart Pattern Maker. This page explains the subscription options, free trial details, billing process, accepted payment methods, refund policy, and security measures.

Subscription Options

Framesmart offers monthly or yearly subscriptions. There are no subscription levels — every subscription includes full access to the Pattern Maker.

Without a subscription, you can still generate patterns, but downloads are limited to the first 20 leaves (39 pages) of a book pattern or the first 20 folded segments of a frame pattern.

Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 3-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all Pattern Maker features, including unlimited downloads of patterns.

Once the trial ends, if you do not subscribe, the download limits described in the Subscription Options section will apply.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each cycle, which begins on the date you subscribe:

  • Monthly — charged every month from the day your subscription starts
  • Yearly — charged once per year from the day your subscription starts

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, even if you cancel.

It is not possible to switch between monthly and yearly during an active cycle. If you cancel, it’s best to wait until your subscription expires before starting a new plan.

Payment Methods

Framesmart accepts a range of secure payment options for subscriptions:

  • Credit cards — including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others
  • Debit cards — including Maestro, Visa Debit, and similar cards

Not supported:

  • PayPal — due to a limitation of the Shopify platform, recurring subscription payments cannot be processed via PayPal

All payments are handled securely through the Shopify platform, which uses industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention. Your card details are never stored by Framesmart.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your Framesmart Account.

You can:

  • Cancel your subscription.
  • View billing history.
  • Update payment details.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Once it expires, you may re-subscribe on either a monthly or yearly basis. Please note that subscriptions cannot be switched between monthly and yearly mid-cycle.

Refund Policy

Because subscribers gain immediate access to the full Pattern Maker, all payments are non-refundable. This prevents users from taking advantage of the service before cancelling.

Please make sure you select the correct subscription option before completing your order. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle if you choose to cancel.

Security

All subscriptions and payments on Framesmart are processed securely by the Shopify platform, which uses industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention systems.

Framesmart never stores your payment details. Billing information is handled entirely by Shopify’s secure system, ensuring your payment and subscription information is always protected by trusted, industry-standard methods.
